In Character Description:

Alwynn is quite the mysterious god, his exact origins are unknown. Some speculate that he dwells within the Underworld, tormenting the lost souls. He first made his presence known several years ago when he stepped forth and took control of The Phalanx Army. With the strategic planning of the Council of the Phalanx, they had unleashed a large scale attack on the city of Aden. Several years after the occupation of Aden, he vanished as if he were never here in the first place. Deprived of its natural defences, the city fell to the invading Orcish hordes soon afterwards.

Years after his disappearance, he stepped onto the mortal plane of existence once again. This time he brought with him the fallen Phalanx soldiers. The Faction had been born.
